The prestigious Juilliard School has an amazing reputation for its music, drama, and dance college programs. In addition to their college programming, they also have an intense preparatory program held on Saturdays for young high school students. Juilliard Pre College asked us to present them with a short video highlighting the brass program. Over the course of three weeks, we coordinated faculty and student interviews, shot exteriors, and interiors of classroom footage. The most challenging component of this project was file management and post-production. With over 100 different files to view and listen to, (hours of footage!) we had our work cut out for us! For us, the best part was interviewing the students and shadowing some of them during the intense day of school. Besides incredibly talented, they are so fun and nice!
